Is it true to find out if a line is evap or not you put water on it where the urine is?

Supposedly if you put water on a dry test with what could be an evap of its a true evap it'll go away if it's a real positive it won't?

I look info online for hours,  and it's saids it's not true at all.

No, it doesn't work, I've tried it and it still looks like a line, I haven't been pregnant any of these times.

I did it on 2 Wal-Mart tests and the lines never left

I actually heard this too and did try it with a possible colored evap  on a cheap Walmart test and it did wash away and left just an indent with no color...not sure if it works on all tests though.
