Peeing in Sleeping while Dreaming

I have not dreamed that I was peeing twice in my sleep. I woke up and peed myself. Around a month a part. I never use to do this. I pee before bed never in my sleep. I’m in college there is nothing wrong with my body I been to the doctors. How do I stop dreaming about me peeing and actually peeing when I sleep? I need this to stop for when I go back to college Sunday. I really need this to stop for when I sleep with my boyfriend. I would be so embarrassed. I always pee before bed. Please help me girls.
