Back pain

Hello ladies I'm 8weeks and 5 days FTM and I am having severe back pain and neck pain .... I can't sleep nothing I do is working I've tried a heating pad tried icyhot I've tried sleeping different ways nothing's working and it's killing me any advice I've asked my obgyn and she said it's just a normal phase
