My 18 month old.......

I’ll take all the faults that my 18 month old still hasn’t been sleep trained. financially we couldn’t afford two bedroom until now. He has his toddler bed in our room and whenever or if he does wake up at night he comes up to our bed and sleeps w us. He falls asleep on his own w a bottle both nap and night. He does wake up crying on occasion but I never have to rock him or anything he just kind of want assurance that I’m there. I’m currently pregnant and I’m afraid he’ll wake up every time the baby does and space is running out of our room while second bedroom remains empty. He does play or stay in second bedroom in day time since some of his toys are in there and his clothes. Am I just to move his bed and close the door? I know he’ll wake up and cry. What am I supposed to do at this point???? I need all the advice and up to hear all the methods out there.

Reason why he has toddler bed is the fact he couldn’t get out of crib at night or after nap made him cry to the point he threw up and refused to sleep in it ever since so I don’t think putting crib back out is an option.
