Antibiotics

So our first attempt to concieve post our MC in early June. While we are trying naturally, I did get a trigger shot day before to help. However today I developed a really bad toothache and the doctor has put me on Amoxicillin 500 for 5 days. Now I'm worried that even though we tried yesterday and I did ovulate thanks to the trigger / doctor's help I may not get pregnant .... Does taking Mox reduce chances of concieving ? Also please do send some sticky baby dust my way !!
