“The what are we ?”question

I have been dating a guy for 2 months while we nearly see each other, but we snap everyday . When I see him I glow and it feels like I’m in heaven every time I am with him. He is a very good and open guy and it seems to me like he want more than just dating , in my eyes .

I actually love him. Is it to soon to pop the what are we question?

He’s a couple of years older than me and he wants to keep it low key until I’m 18

Lol. I have been asking myself "what are we?" for over two years. He doesn't know either. A few months ago someone asked, and we both laughed and tried to explain our relationship, and couldn't do it. It's not what you would call a conventional relationship, we adore each other but we live in different cities and don't want to be tied to each other. We're free to see other people, and yet neither of us really want to. So he's not my boyfriend, but more than just a friend, but "friends with benefits" makes it sound like it's all about sex, which it's not, but we have said "I love you" a couple times when we were really drunk. I gave up on trying to explain our relationship or putting a label on it. We are what we are, and we enjoy whatever this is.

Do you see him light up too when you’re together? Does he seem like he wants to be serious? If I were you I’d ask him, after two months of being together i think he would feel uncomfortable seeing you with someone else and  Vice versa... why not make it official?
