Inlaws want us to drive 4 hours each away 4 weeks after birth
The baby is due 11/24 (2 days before Thanksgiving). My MIL wants us to visit for a week or 2 at Christmas. They are so excited about the baby, they already have a nursery set up at their house.
At 4 weeks, were you and the baby ready to be away from home and/or drive for 4 hours each way? I plan to breastfeed.
We are going to play it by ear, but I am very curious as to other's experiences.
