Help for a spinal headache?

Whitney • Wife (5/20/17). Christian. Mommy to Ryleigh (8/08/18). 👨‍👩‍👧

So I’ve been having severe headaches since a couple days after I was discharged from the hospital after my C-section. I figured out that they were spinal headaches, because when I stand, sit, lay in certain angles, or tilt my head in certain ways, I get shooting pain from the back of my neck around to my ears, and up the back of my head. They’re so severe that I can’t see straight. And I can’t find any relief from them. I try to turn off the lights, drink caffeine, drink more water, take naps, take painkillers. And nothing helps. Any advice on these? :( Thanks for the help.
