I don’t know why but since my last baby appointment I went from 241 to 232. I was on a nice steady gain and all of a sudden seem to have dropped a lot. I’m 19 weeks today. I don’t know if there’s anything different I can do or if I should eat more? I feel like all I do is eat. What are good foods to maybe decide to eat. Or should i be worried at all?
