First OB Appointment...what to expect?

First OB appt is next week. I should be a little over 9 weeks then. I have been to the ER once for this bleeding. It was light brown tan for about a week then this. After the ER visit they didn’t do an ultrasound but told me my cervix was closed and I had a UTI and gave me meds. Well I haven’t had bleeding or spotting since then. It was about a week ago. I have been so scared I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks and nobody will give me an ultrasound or anything. Just nervous about then telling me I will miscarry. I have never had a miscarriage and this is my first pregnancy. What will happen at my first OB appt?
