Shot given in my stomach???

With both pregnancies I needed to get the rhogam(not sure if I’m spelling this right) shot bc of my blood type. With my son I got it in my arm. This pregnancy I had spotting during my first trimester so they requested i went to the hospital to get the shot. The nurse gave it to me in my stomach. Today at my dr appointment (30 weeks) i had to get the shot again, and she did it in my arm. I asked her if that’s where you’re supposed to get it bc of my experience at the hospital and she looked confused and said she’s never heard of giving it in your stomach. Has anyone else had it in their stomach?? I’m kind of concerned now.
