Am I going to miscarry? :(

Hi,I'm 10weeks and 3days pregnant.(I'm also a (ftm to be )So today I had this weird feeling in my vagina all day (tmi sorry) but ye.So eventually I decided to lay down and have a feel at my cervix and from its usual tight and closed self,its open on one side.I have no bleeding,mild back ache from time to time,don't really have abdominal pain!Do any other mom's out there have an open/slightly open cervix and a healthy baby?Should I prepare for the worst?Does it sound like I might miscarry or is this normal ?
