Period please help TMI

My period ended on the 15th of this month hubby and I Bd on the 17th and 18th i just peed and whipped myself and there was blood could it be my period is it possible to have two periods in less then two weeks I’m hoping is implantation by the way i too medroxyprogesterone to force a period since its been 10 month since i had one is it possible that now my period is coming on its own 🤷🏻‍♀️ please help
