Cervical position?!?!

So im two days late and my cervixs is EXTREMELY high. I cant even feel the opening. What i can feel of it though its soft like my lips not hard like the tip of my nose. Could this mean pregnancy?!

What does it usually feel like before your af?!

My other symptoms are,

No period

Waves of nausea every once in a while

Sometimes really hungry

Lower back pain

And some tinges of cramps.

But that's about it..
