Any one who got really cramping before BFP and how bad was the cramps? Do you also feel it around your waist?? Still one week to af and I have been having cramps since 3/4 days now and I and 7dpo any advice will be appreciated thanks 🙏

same boat! I started getting cramps at 3-4 dpo and they are like low! I am now 7dpo also and still having some cramping. my period is a week away from today.
