Does anyone have experience with a missed period and how your cycle reacts?

My AF is 12 days late and I have zero symptoms.(and a bunch of BFNs, I'm so over testing yet keep doing so every few days..I think I have to give up hope for this cycle...). So I feel like it's simply just not arriving this cycle. If that's the case, do I resume the same schedule as I would have if AF had actually arrived?!? My original predicted ovulation date is the 30th. Can I still expect that to happen? Or is everything on pause until AF finally arrives?
