10 weeks and 6 days - found no baby?

Question

I had my first ultrasound today, they found a yolk sac and something tiny which they said could be the baby, no heartbeat either. They also did an internal scan and got the same results. I’m scheduled for another scan in a weeks time to see if the “baby” grows. Have you guys had any similar stories where they found the baby after or should I be worried?😭

I had something similar happen at 4 weeks, but at 10 they should definitely be seeing a baby. Could your dates be way off?

This happened to me but was 5 weeks 6 days went back a week later and saw the baby and heart beat. Could your dates be a few weeks off ?

I went in thinking I was 7 weeks based on my last period and they didn’t find anything either they made me do hcg tests which showed low I had to come back 2 days later to test luckily those numbers rose so I have been waiting on pins and needles for 4 weeks and FINALLY today I got to see the baby and measured at 8w6d so yes I was in the same boat and had a happy ending!
I ovulated the week my period was due so hopefully you’re just in the same predicament as me.

I went for a scan when I thought I was around 13 weeks - they couldn't see anything so they did an internal scan where they saw baby but was measuring 9 weeks. Been back this week for 12 week scan and baby has grown at the correct rate and is happy and healthy. All the best :) xx

Could your dates me off?  Maybe your a month behind and didn't know somehow 
At my 6w scan there was 'nothing' excepr the sac - two weeks later baby was health and happy 
Try not to panic and wait till next appointment 
Lots of factors 
Let's pray ur dates are off and all is well
However if there is NO chance you ovulated late and conceived a month later than expected then I completely understand your concerns 
Keep this fingers and toes crossed

I thought I was 7 weeks and went for a ultrasound and seen nothing. Went back a week later and seen the sac and baby and measured 5w3d so I ovulated late. Maybe your dates are off or ovulated really late.
