Gyno/Gynecologist

I have my first appointment with a gynecologist on the 7th.. I'm nervous and scared.. EVEN more b/c I'm still a VIRGIN!! I went to the doctor about how bad my cramps were for the third time. She told me that I needed to go to the gyno b/c to get tests done to make sure there's not a chemical imbalance or anything. I'm 16 years old.. I'm scared and my anxiety is threw the roof!!! I've been told that they might "rip" me, since I'm a virgin.. Someone PLEASE give me advice on this! I'm scared out of my mind.. No one else has ever seen my vagina BUT ME!! HELP!!!!!!!
