When do you start OPK?

Hi! I'm new to ovulation tests and I'm wondering when everyone starts testing with opk after their period. My cycles have never been regular. This is my log from the last 5 months. When would you suggest I start opk? Thanks!!

Here's what I did- 
One month, I got a bunch of cheap opk tests from amazon and tested from the day after my period ended. I got a positive at day 12. Now, each month I test starting on day 10, since I know approximately when to expect it.

What opk are you using? It should give you a chart telling you what day to start testing. If you're not regular I think it tells you to go based off of your most recent cycle? I always start a day or two before that chart says because I just want to be sure I don't miss it. Good luck and baby dust!
