Has your child ever received an 'extra' vaccine?
My son went to the Dr for his 5 year well child today and I gave them his shot records from Washington state. And they gave him two shots but they came in and said after looking at his records he already received a shot. So he got an extra dose. Kinda mad but is it safe? Hell be ok right?
