So I work for a security company and there are three of us that work at this particular site, and 2 guys that are on call. I have one coworker in particular who is the laziest of them all. We do most of our work through a smart phone, and are always in our patrol car or doing patrols. They will not charge the phone and have no problem giving the phone to the next officer on duty at 2-3%. We have bought a car charger so that the phone will always be charged and yet they still refuse to charge the phone. We've talked to them about this issue a hundred times and the issue is still not resolved.

Other things that get under my skin:

1.) They never take the trash out, or on the one occasion they did, they did NOT put another trash bag in the can and continued to fill the trash.

2.) They do not follow proper procedure ever and they do not listen when given help to correct issue.

3.) They brown-nose supervisors and management.

4.) We have a coffee shop at work that takes donations, and after hours security is required to put donations inside during our shift should there be any... Well you guessed it! They don't put any away leaving it to the next coworker.

5.) And...just today they fell asleep and didn't realize the time until it was 30 minutes into my shift and I cannot start the shift until they give me the keys. I did not know where they were either.

I am sure there is more but it is starting to make my skin crawl. They aren't issues I can just bring to the higher-ups because technically they are doing the BARE MINIMUM to just get away with these things, so there's not much I can do really.

Well thanks for listening to me vent. I am 6 months pregnant and cannot wait to go on maternity leave, so I don't have to deal with this for a while.
