Swollen penis?

My 3 week olds penis seems to be a bit swollen. He's uncircumcised but I make sure I clean him well when I change him. I noticed it was swollen yesterday when I was changing him. It's not red and it doesn't seem to bother him when I touch it while changing him. Anyone else with lil boys experienced this? Any idea as to what it can be?

You aren't retracting the foreskin back when you clean him, right? Because at this age it is actually fused. There are some differences between the care of an uncircumcised and circumsized penis for a while. (Be careful at checkups, because some doctors actually make this mistake as well)

2 intact boy here, now it’s hard to tell just from your description but little boys (right from birth) can get little erections. It isn’t the same as an older boy/adult man, it just kind of looks a bit swollen especially when they are so little.

Oh ave two intact boys. Its quite normal for it to be swollen for a few weeks but if you're that concerned ask his doctor.

I circumsized so I couldn't tell you from experience but I'd definitely call the dr. Even if she says its normal, at least you'll have peace of mind

I remember my sister saying when my niece was born that she was swollen because of pushing her out for over an hour! Was it swollen before this or is it recent
