Glucose Test Results

So this week I got a call that I failed my 1 hour glucose test, I got 150 when it should have been at 140 or below. I was told I had to take the dreaded 3 hour glucose test, so I did and just got my results back yesterday. The first fasting one came out to 76 which I think is passing. The second draw was 141, 3rd draw 154, and 4th draw escalated to 165. The nurse said the doctor wanted them all below 155, so the last draw was a fail. Does anyone know if I’m at risk or I just really have to watch what I eat from now on? The nurse didn’t tell me anything really over the phone. I’m just really stressed out and nervous somethings gonna happen to my baby😞
