Yeast infection—terconazole??

So I just found out I officially have a yeast infection. I’m currently almost 13 weeks pregnant.

She prescribed me a cream for external use (lotrisone) but also vaginal cream terconazole to be inserted nightly for 7 days.

I just finished a very intense google session (LOL) and read how it could potentially not be safe in pregnancy?? (It’s class C and says not to use in 1st tri, but I’m barely out of 1st tri). Did anyone use it this early on and baby turn out ok?

What happens if you don’t treat it until later hoping it can go away on its own.

What are some other safe options you guys have used?
