sharp uterine pain

for the past three days i’ve been experiencing a constant pain all across my lower abdomen like right about my pubic bone. mostly i feel it on the right side. my period is supposed to start in two days and i just stopped taking birth control a month ago. i’m most likely going to see a doctor soon. i’ve been taking advil, laying down, drinking water. it mostly seems agrivated when i move a lot. it feels dull mostly unless i move or press on it and it’s a sharp pain, i’ve been pooping regularly and i also feel like i have gas bubbles. has anyone had this lmao. what did you do/have?
