Have u gained weight?

Question

I'm just curious if you have gained any weight yet? I already have gained 4 lbs and it's making me nervous. I am not eating bad but I am eating more because I feel nauseous when my stomach is empty. Also I have so little energy that I haven't been able to exercise in weeks.any advice? Thanks in advance :)  Also FYI I am 7w5d

The scale says I've gained 10 pounds. I'm 7 weeks. :(  freaking out because I lost 130lbs so I could have this baby. I've been eating very healthy and exercising daily but my boobs have already almost doubled in size and I've been drinking close to a gallon of water a day...so I'm hoping that weight is mosty water retention and boobies haha!

I usually loose weight the firat trimester. Havent stepped on a scale in a couple weeks so i have no idea.

Hi Amy! Pretty sure "normal weight gain" is hard to pin down - I wouldn't worry too much unless your provider says something. Try focusing on liquids in addition to food to keep something in your stomach - frequent light snacking (crackers, apples and PB if you can manage, etc) and lots of hydration. Adding lemon juice and tiny dashes of sugar and salt to your water composes a homemade "sports drink" that may help with energy and balancing electrolytes. Get out for walks when you can (even on breaks at work!).

Gained 4 too! Ugh, I have always been so skinny and always dieting, so as soon as I found out and started eating normal (like dinner that I never had bf) I gained weight.... Plus I'm so tired!!! Just like u 😔. Trying to not gain that much anymore, no carbs at night and eating a lot salads... Doesn't help that I'm starving all the time!!! 😭😭
