Could it have been a false positive or chemical?

I posted yesterday about how happy I was about my bfp... then I go to the doctors today, I do a blood test and my doctor says my levels are less then 1. Could I have been a false positive or a chemical? I didn't have any kind of bleeding and still have symptoms. What do you girls think is going on?

My sister in Law took 3 home test, all came positive, but that same week, got the blood test done, and it was negative. She was still feeling sick, after 3 week and 5 BFP at home test, she went and got her blood test again and it came positive. Some ladies show first in their urine. So IDK could be your case too.
