Super early symptoms???

Are these symptoms? I’m 3 DPO, and I know it’s super early, but I FEEEEEL it this cycle. So first and foremost, my emotions have been all over the place since my last day of ovulation. Like scary all over the place. I’m crying one second, screaming the next, then trying to jump my fiancé’s bones directly after. I smell literally everything. I smelt stagnant water that literally no one else smelled for days until I MADE my father in law check it out. I’m sleeping so much. Like 10+ hours. I usually sleep maybe 8 hours a night. I have continuous cramping (much like menstrual, but no blood) and have since 1 DPO. I’m constipated for about 3 hours, and then have diarrhea for and hour or so, over and over in this crazy cycle. My CM is extremely creamy, though I’ve already had my egg whites 5 days ago. My lower back has a pain in it I’ve never felt before. Just above my hips, like a stabbing pain if I move wrong or use the restroom. Idk, maybe I’m just hysterical about getting pregnant, and that very well could be true, but idk. Anyone else have anything similar going on? Or had symptoms like this? What was your end result?
