Sick with a cold- what can I take?

So I’m just over 7 weeks and sick with a summer cold. I hate being sick and already have morning sickness on top of this so I feel like death.
Is there anything I can do to or take to kick this cold quickly?

Tylenol for any aches or pains, Benadryl if you’re stuffy or dealing with post nasal drip. Otherwise, hot water with lemon and honey soothes me when I’m sick. Lots of rest and fluids.

Fill up a pain of boiling water and put your head over it with a tea cloth over, do that a couple of times a day and it should help bring it all up x
