Ovulation timing ???

Does ovulation occur WHILE you're feeling cramping/twinges or is it after that?

Good question!!! I would assume straight after the pain, the egg is released. However I seem to get this dull heaviness about 2-5 days after when I think I’m ovulating. I’ll watch this space 😁
