Am I out ?
First time using OPKs. Tested positive yesterday (Sunday) at about 8pm. Unable to BD yesterday due to shiftwork.
Took an opk this morning (Monday) & negative. I’d BD now but too tired post night shifts. Will try this afternoon / tonight.
Will I still be in with a chance? Last BD was Friday due to our shifts.
