If I was babysitting anyone’s child, corporal punishment would have been discussed and agreed upon or that little stinker would not have been in my home.

Consistently walk him to time out until he sits. Letting him know the timer doesnt start until he bahaves. And after the time out is over i would get down to his level and explain why everything he did was wrong. Then have him clean up as best as possible. Then after that punishment has been served we will do a calm activity that keeps him occupied until parents cone home where he will have to tell them what he did.
