IS 10 WEEKS TOO LATE??

I had a miscarriage in April at 7 weeks. Im now 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant but my confirmation appointment with my ob/gyn isnt until September 17th. Ill already be 10 weeks. Is that too long to wait being that i had a miscarriage just a few months ago? We had been ttc for a year and 3 months. I havent had any spotting at all this pregnancy. But i do have light cramping here and there. Should i keep trying for an earlier appointment or just keep it?

Most ob’s and midwives won’t see you till at least 10 wks bc the chance of miscarriage is 1/3 before then.

Maybe try your regular doctor. I don’t think 10 weeks is too late. But maybe your regular doc can prescribe you progesterone, it helps try to keep the baby, doesn’t prevent miscarriage just lowers the risk.

I hope the next 4 weeks fly by. In my last pregnancy my app told me i was 6 weeks and 5 days but when i had my ultrasound the baby measured at 7 weeks 5 days. I hope the same happens again
