Period flow change

TMIish has your flow ever just up and changed? My days have always varied between 28-30 especially with my fertility meds but the flow has ALWAYS been consistent.

Maybe partial day spotting

1 days light

2 days heavy

1 day light

Half day taper off

This cycle just keeps starting and stopping and will be heavy for like an hour then be light. It's been since Friday. Google says menopause, I'm only 23. PCOS was ruled out when I was having ovarian cyst issues.

Any insight from anyone at all?
