Husband changed his mind...

My husband said he wanted to wait to have a baby... I waited for 4 years finally he said he was ready,tried actively for 7 months now he says he's not ready and we need to wait again... I'm so heartbroken I don't know what to do... Now I'm wondering if I'm ever gonna be able to try to concieve... Our kids are older 11,9,and 9. It's not like it's his first... So lost and confused, I know it seems so minor but seriously wondering about divorce...
