Caffeine intake !?

Okay so I drank a couple sips of coke today and I bought a small iced coffee from Mc Donalds I’m not going to finish it I just had a little craving. Is it okay if I drink some?? I’m 19 & 2 w pregnant!!

Yes it’s ok! I get very bad headaches so my Obgyn is having me take 1000mg of Tylenol with one cup of caffeine a day to keep them at bay

You can have 200mg per day. I know I can have a coffee and a Pepsi as my limit. I have an 11 month old, so I need some caffeine to survive 🤦🏻‍♀️ you are completely fine.

My doctor told me 1 cup of coffee is fine a day, just stay away from sugar as much as you can help it, but don't worry excit having a cup of soda here or there either

Di have severe migraines and my doctor said to drink caffeine and tylenol. She said up to 30 oz a day was ok if needed and that studies that show harm are really the equivalent if a human would drink a 24 pack of Pepsi in 12 hours. She said during first trimester she recommends to watch it but second one is less worrisome
