What's going on?!

I slowed down with pumping cause I had a good supply. I slowed to only pumping 1-3 times per day 2oz each breast. It's been a week or slow since I slowed down and now I am barely getting 2oz outta both!! What can I do to increase supply again.. Baby is only a month can't quit yet!

You can try something called a super pump. You pump 10 mins on 10mins off for two hours two days in a row. You may not get much but it will stimulate production

Girl the only way to build it back up is to start pumping more frequently again. I exclusively pump and if I ever miss a pumping or go more than about 5 hours without pumping within the next 24 hours my supply goes down and I have to spend the next day sitting on the pump. Lol! You have to keep pumping to keep up your supply.

Your supply will be what you pump out. You should pump every three hours around the clock ☺️

You can also try mothers milk tea and/or fenugreek vitamins. They helped a lot with my first one!

The mothers milk tea doesn't taste very good, but well worth it for increasing supply!

Your body will make what you remove.  If you're feeding baby & not bottling, then there's no need to pump.  Every time you give baby a bottle & don't pump, your body makes less milk.

I have no idea why some advice here is to pump like a crazy lady... Try googling it or asking a lc.

You should be pumping 8 x day for at least 12 weeks in order to establish your milk supply. It sucks in the beginning, but all that hard work will be worth it.

When you cut out any pumpings/feedings your basically telling your body it doesn't need that much milk.
