mother in law

my mother in law went out and went overboard buying things for my baby. I truly appreciate that she would do that however she didn't really consult with me on any specific brand preferences. she bought about 10 boxes of diapers 2 sets of bottles and skin care products that I specifically did not want to use because of health concerns and what the products are made of but because of her personality I feel like I can't say anything or ask if she would mind if I exchanged some of the items. she will think that im (and probably call me that behind my back) that I'm ungrateful. I promise I'm not. I just want to do things for my child that I think will keep him and his skin healthy. any advice on how to handle this?
