Did I mess it up?

So I got my blazing positive opk on cd16.. had intercourse that day... now I heard you are supposed to have intercourses day of positive opk, day after, and then the day after. However, I got a really bad stomach virus cd 17 and I was in no shape way or form in the shape to have intercourse... nor was I on cd 18 either. My test strips were lighter cd 17 and 18... are my chances lower now since I skipped those 2 days?? Should I try and baby dance tonight or is that useless?
