Early miscarriage

Hii I’m 8 weeks pregnant and I’ve been googling some symptoms and they’re all pointing to early miscarriage 💔 it doesn’t say much online so I was just wondering if anyone has gone through early miscarriage and what will happen if it turns out I have miscarried? In terms of going to the doctors and my pregnancy etc will I have to take a pill? Online it’s just saying that they’ll talk to me and send me home ... not much about any sort of process, sorry for all this it’s my first pregnancy and I’m a bit nervous
