Decreased movement??

I am 30 weeks exactly today & usually my little girl is pretty active during the day. I just realized that I haven't felt her move much since I was on my way to work at around 7:15/7:30 this morning. Is this something to be worried about? Should I call my OB? FTM & kinda worrying. 😩

Have you felt her at all since 730?
If you have not felt a movement at all within a two hour period you should be calling your Ob or midwife right away.

Go to your local hospital straight away, not to worry you but two friends of mine had decreased movement and when they finally reported it both babies were at risk and had to be delivered as an emergency. Don’t leave it and trust your gut instinct. Hoping you will be okay xx
