Varicose vein in testicle

Hello! My husband recently had a semen analysis done and it unfortunately came back with very poor results. After further examination from his doctor though we found out he has a varicose vein in his testicle. This can cause the temperature of the testicles to be higher which then results in poor sperm quality and quantity. We're currently going back and forth with the doctor on when he can schedule an appointment to have the procedure to treat it.
