Am i pregnant or should i be worried?

Ok so i reallly don’t even know how to word this but I’ve been cramping really bad for the past week. I’ve been pushing off going to the hospital and then my period came... but it isn’t normal. It’s super heavy with lots of blood clots, I’m bleeding through the ultra tampons.. so early morning i went to the hospital and my mom wondered if i was having a miscarriage or if i was pregnant. The doctors took a urine test and it said negative. Buttttt my mom said the same thing kinda happened to her when she was pregnant with my sister. She had a period and her test said no. So maybe my hormones aren’t strong enough or something or maybe it’s to early to know buttttt yeah any feedback? 👀
