34 first pregnancy 🤰🏽 ending in a miscarriage at almost 6 weeks

I was over the moon when I found out last week that I was expecting ! After years of trying I was pregnant. I have been seeing a fertility doctor and was planning on starting iui treatment but me and my fiancée were presently surprised when we got pregnant on our own. But it was short lived I started spotting a few days after I found out yesterday my hsg levels dropped. Last night I started bleeding heavier with cramping. Those few days were my happiest days. Today I don’t even want to get out of bed
