Help!!!!

Idk what’s going on with my period ( I just started it today) but it’s a very light pink color . Which my period has always been very heavy in the beginning for the first 4 days . But recently since being off birth control my period is vey weird. But for the past week to week and a half my boobs have been very sore and I have had cramps as well as a very bad headache with in the last few days . Plus I have been nauseas as well all day today( idk if it’s the weather or not causing it).
