Is this realistic?

I weighed 197 lbs when I weighed myself 2 weeks ago. Since then, I’ve hidden my scale and I’m trying to go 4 weeks total without weighing myself. I’ve been eating 1200-1400 calories a day and I’ve been working out 5-6 days a week for 45 min- 1 hr each time. My first mini goal is to be down to 185 by the time I weigh myself again. Is it realistic or even possible to be down 12 lbs in 4 weeks? Any tips on how to meet this goal?
