Should i be worried?

My period is due In one day and I always start my cycle a day or two before... Yes I did have sex with my boyfriend soon after my period and some days in the middle , he did cum in me. Only sign's I notice is I'm sleepy , my nipples hurt , I have had really sharp pain on my right side and a little stomach cramps. My body is the total opposite of what it goes threw when my period normally comes. Normally the side of my boobs hurt , I have awful lower back pain and bad stomach cramps and nun of that is happening. Should I be worried?
