Fibroids anyone?

I went to my first RE appt today and they took a lot of blood for testing, but it will be a while until I get the results. I had an u/s done and the doctor thinks she might have seen a fibroid, but couldn't really tell. They aren't able to do other testing until I get my period, since I already ovulated and may have conceived. I hope that's the case, but has anyone had successful pregnancies with uterine fibroids? And any suggestions to get rid of them naturally? I've had 2 chemical pregnancies so far. I can't wait to get my results. Thanks!
