Lump in breast.

I'm kind of concerned, about a month ago I noticed my nipple was leaking, and I just put it off to fluids or something from when I was breastfeeding. But last week I noticed my breast is really tender, and it feels like there's a ball in my boob, like a lump, but it's not in my other one. And I'm still leaking here or there.

Does this sound like something I should be concerned about? I will be going to the doctor, but I'm afraid for my family to know right now. I'm 21.
