😣😣😢😭😭😭😭😭

AF showed he ugly face today out of nowhere!!! We went of a mini vacation during my fertile window and I stopped charting (we had my stepson with us so I knew I was out this cycle) I'm going to get back to charting this cycle. I mean she just popped up out of no where though! 3 days early I was eating dinner and boom, I felt some pretty bad cramps out of no where said to Sadie (my dog) "uh oh, I'm cramping" finished my dinner and AF is here full force! When I was on bcp I started spotting first and I could tell AF was coming days before she showed. I've been off bcp for 6 months now and the last few times she has shown up put of nowhere. Normal? Good thing? Now I've got bad cramps 😦😦
